Streamline Your Business for Growth 6-week group program
This 6-week program will help give you back control of your calendar instead of your calendar controlling everything. You will have better clarity around where you are going with your business and what you need to get there. You will have a better understanding of when and where to delegate. Plus so much more.
Videos will be available below by end of the day Friday the week of the live training in their respective module location below.
There may be some items to download. Those will be linked at the bottom of the video modules.
Hey, Dena here!
LOVER OF JESUS.
WIFE. MAMA.
YOUR NEW BUSINESS SIDEKICK.
This journey is one I have helped many other Entrepreneurs on. I am really looking forward to helping you get the most out of this program as you can. Let’s face it, it is simple for me to sit here and tell you all the things. It’s after the training is over and you are on your own that the real work begins. When you are alone and need to stay focused.
I want to encourage you to set aside time to do the work. Otherwise, this will just be another program you paid for and sits in the depths of the internet. Let this be a program that you utilize, put into practice, and take action with.
Module 1: Clarity, do you hate this word as much as I do?
Stop right there. No this isn’t about you getting clarity around marketing or your message to others. This is about getting clear about the path you have taken to get here, the path you are on, and the next path to take moving forward. There is no sugar coating anything. We will dive into brutal honesty, so come ready.
Module 2: Stop the Juggling Act
The juggling act is something we are all familiar with and have tried to stop so many times. Different seasons happen, kids control our lives (lol), and we are living reactively and have lost control. We will go over what I have found has worked for me for years. Then you get to make it your own.
Module 3: Prepare to Delegate
Do you question if you should delegate? If you say yes then to who and where do I find them and when I find them what do I do with them? It can be a vicious cycle. Often we have to go through a lot of people to find the right fit. Whether you have a team already or not, this will be so helpful and maybe a bit tough depending on where you are on the journey.
Module 4: Write the plan, make it plain
All too often we have an idea and we want to jump right in and see if it will work. We often do this all without writing it out, sorting through all the particulars that matter most, and we end up stuck or going through the motions.
We either get so far off the original plan that we don’t know how to get back or we don’t even know where we were trying to go in the first place. We will get this all sorted.
There is no worksheet this week for the homework.
Week 4 homework is to:
- Setup your first routine
- Or
- Re-evaluate your current routines or routines you stopped using and want to use again
- Then make a plan to implement {One Routine at a time}
Module 5: Schedule it out
All too often we have an idea and we want to jump right in and see if it will work. We often do this all without writing it out, sorting through all the particulars that matter most, and we end up stuck or going through the motions.
We either get so far off the original plan that we don’t know how to get back or we don’t even know where we were trying to go in the first place. We will get this all sorted.
Module 6: Build your Toolbox
Without the toolbox, you can not build anything. Without the right tools in the right toolbox for the job at hand, you will get nothing accomplished.
We will get your toolbox reset, updated, and or started to help you get back on track and prepare for the growth you desire.
I decided to create a spreadsheet for you based on the 2 that I use so you won’t have to start from scratch for your homework. You can click the button below to get your gathering google sheet to get all your tools, resources, programs, and coaching information in one place. There are a couple of tutorials inside the google sheet as well to help you save a copy and for a few brief instructions.
